I have just been diagnosed with hbp. I’m 45, female. I have never experienced any disturbing symptoms, although my pressure was much higher that normal. Actually, it was 145/110 last week, when I was on my routine check. The day after I had to measure it again, and it was the same, although I didn’t take my daily dose of caffeine. I have to start with meds and probably to take it life long. Does not sound very optimistically.

Hypertension rarely causes symptoms. And if do, they are not very disturbing, like headache, dizziness, you hardly connect them with a disease like hypertension. It is very important to keep blood pressure under control. I believe that you do not fell well bout your chronic therapy, but it happens to all of us. It is not just caffeine, cigarettes and salty food that can induce increased bp. It is global condition of your blood vessels’ walls and your complete cardiovascular system.

We represent "Unauthorized Ad", an on-line company supplying customized vitamin supplements to the USA. We hope this information may be of interest to you.

Approximately 90% of people with high blood pressure have “essential” or “idiopathic” hypertension, for which the cause is poorly understood. The terms “hypertension” and “high blood pressure” as used here refer only to this most common form and not to pregnancy-induced hypertension or hypertension clearly linked to a known cause, such as Cushing’s syndrome, pheochromocytoma, or kidney disease. People with mild to moderate high blood pressure should work with a doctor before attempting to use the information contained here, as blood pressure requires monitoring and in some cases the use of blood pressure-lowering drugs.

The following nutritional components may be beneficial Hawthorn dilates the arterial walls and decreases blood pressure. Calcium and Magnesium have been shown to work together in lowering blood pressure. CoQ10 helps to reduce blood pressure and energize the heart. Garlic has the ability to lower blood pressure and improve cardiac function. Flaxseed may be important for cardiovascular function and lowering blood pressure. Vitamin C and Bioflavonoid Mix have blood-lowering effects and help the body detoxify by removing toxic substances (e.g. lead) that can cause high blood pressure. Bioflavonoid Mix potentiates Vitamin C. The herbs Passionflower and Valerian relax nerves and are helpful for high blood pressure due to stress. Take valerian 30 minutes before bedtime. Taurine is an amino acid that has been demonstrated to lower blood pressure and protect the brain. Reishi Mushroom Extract has a blood-pressure lowering effect. Dandelion acts as a natural diuretic to lower blood pressure.

Dr. Balch works with "Unauthorized Ad" to provide custom-made natural remedies for anyone who wants an all-in-one daily supplement that addresses all their health concerns, as well as providing the vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health and wellness. We include formula for 680 different health concerns in our database.

If you are concerned or unsure about your symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider for professional medical advice.
