Help I pulled my foreskin and know its very painful and sensitive.Every time i get erected its painful as well.I am 13 years old and what should I do?

Don't worry. Did force the skin back? Does the skin pull back when you are soft? It is best to stretch the skin over a period of time by gently pulling the skin back a little further - usually when you are in the bath or shower. It is important to be able to retract your foreskin to clean your penis properly. Your glans will be slightly sensitive if you have not pulled your foreskin back before. You may have 'traumatised' the skin is you pulled it back too suddenly, making it red and slightly inflamed. If this is the case don't worry - just keep washing it and keeping it clean and it will soon heal itself. Please reply if you are still worried. John

as the title says im 17 (18in six months) for the first time i can remember i pulled back my foreskin. i found it very uncomfortable and also found an accumulation of smegma. I tried touching it but it is sensitive(i assume from never actually being touched before). I've never had sex and im worried that this will ruin my chances. Any advice will be graciously taken, i don't know what to do and i am afraid of going to a doctor about it .
