Just vaginal itchiness but there's not burning or pain..what

My vaginal area has been extremely itchy for about a week now. I thought maybe I was having a allergic reaction to some soap so I stopped using this new soap I had. And the itchiness stopped for a bit. But it started again. There is no pain, no burning, no smell, no discharge. Everythings normal except for the itchiness. Things will gets red and swollen from sever scratching. But that's it.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
