Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I have some problems to discuss with you. You see, I have started masturbating as very young and enjoying my self for about three years. I'm no sexually active for about a year and I have some problems.
First of all, this isn’t like I imagined it would be. My orgasms are not so intense like I thought they would be. Beside that, I have problems with weak erecting. I don’t know anything about this but I think it is from all that excessive masturbating. Never mind that- a good friend of mine told me that some Kegel exercises could help me overcome these problems. How can this be true? What should I know about these Kegel exercises?

Hi. I have practiced these pelvic Kegel exercises a couple of month and I'm very satisfied with the results.
That’s why I will share some details about it with you. Kegel exercises are made for straightening the pelvic muscles. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. You can do it easily. Go to the bathroom and in the middle of your stream of urine, stop and start the stream several times. That’s all!
Kegel exercises increase the blood flow to the genital area, and so, logically-support sexual arousal mechanisms.
It is proven that they also help in maintain erection for a long time and cure premature orgasm. Exercising these muscles regularly will prolong the duration of lovemaking and make your climax much more intense.

This should only be used during the initial time to identify the Kegel Muscles, once identified stop doing it during urination or else it could lead to complications.
