Kidney cysts of fairly lagre size 5.8 x 4.8 cm in upper pole

Today from "USG of whole abdomen", i came to know that my father ( age 65 years) is having multiple well defined fairly large thin walled cysts of varring sizesin both kidneys showing slight irregular outline without calcification or solid component. Largest cyst measeres 5.8 X 4.8 cm seen in uppor pole of left kidney.
Since last few days we are observing that both the foot is swelling.

could anybody please tell me how dengerous is it? Since
