Hi, folks. My brother was diagnosed purpura Henoch-Schonlein. He has problems with kidney pain. He also suffers from urinating problems. I would like to know something more about this problem. Can anyone help? It would be great if anyone knew something more about this. I would really appreciate all your replies. Bye!

Hello. Purpura Henoch-Shonlein represents vasculitis. Vasculitis represents inflammation of the wall of blood vessels. Mostly, small caliber vessels are affected. Those are capillaries. In this case, skin and kidney capillaries are affected. That is why your friend suffers from kidney pain and has urinating problems. She should take this disease seriously. I hope she will feel better. Good luck!
