| i am only 15 and i lost my virginity a little over a month ago, without a condom. He mangaged to pull out before he came. I was freaked out when i didn't get my period but instead i got brown discharge and no period. Whats going on? I am really scared. i really need someone's help because i can't talk to my mom about it, she'd kill me! PLEASE HELP! |

Heya,
I'm 17 and I've been through the same sort of thing, try not to worry too much as stress can cause irregular periods, irregular discharge and late periods. My advice, firstly have a long bath and do some exercise both are good for relaxing you and can help to bring on your period, secondly if you think you are pregnant take a test, you can get them for free from a local clinic or they cost about £8 from Boots or a chemist. Finally, you will feel 100% better if you talk to an adult about it, tell your mum unless she is heartless and really scary, she will understand and help you out, if you really really cannot tell her talk to the guy if you are still with him. |
