Hi, I'm a 17 year old female and my labia has a rough type texture that is symmetrical (though morso on the right) on both sides. Is this normal? I think I've had it for numerous years. Are there any glands that are part of the labia minora that may be this? It isn't the entire labia minora either, it's about halfway between the vaginal opening and the edge of the lips, smack dab in the middle. The rough texture isn't hard either, almost like rubbing your tongue but softer. I've recently acquired a yeast infection could this cause irritation as well to make this more noticable?
