Labia majora cracked and itchy

My upper labia recently became dry, sore and itchy to the point I am using cold compresses. I do not believe that I have any STD's, and recently have been tested while pregnant with my second child. I could not find a blister, but notice the upper labia is slightly swollen, red and dry. Furthermore it looks as if the skin cracked a little. What is going on? What can I do to get relief?

You should see your Gyno. It may be a yeast infection.
