Labia problems post surgery! HELP!

I had my surgery done two days ago at the NHS (and just in case youre wondering, its free). Im 16 and I had a significantly bigger left labia since I was like 12 so I was relieved to finally have had the operation done with. HOWEVER, I suffer a severely swelling left labia after and I can barely sit. I also find it hard to clean properly down there because Im too scared to touch it but I have tried rinsing it twice the day after my surgery.

Any ideas when swelling will go down? What I can do to speed up recovery? Or anything at all...
