Hi, I am 34 years old male and I feel lack of energy in last few weeks. At first I thought it is caused by my hard working in office so I took few days rest to get sleep and do things I like. Unfortunately I felt same after short holiday. I am little bit worried because I used to feel that I am full of energy.

Hi, it is quite normal that you can't be full of energy all the time. You have to find space for rest and recreation. However if your tiredness lasts too long it would be good to check your blood cell count. Sometimes anemia may cause tiredness but you would consult your doctor anyway.
