My wife has MS and no longer gets orgasms. Her body does not lubricate no matter what. Even with artificial lubricants she no longer gets aroused. She claims can be pleasurable [maybe a 6 if 10 is orgasm]. She used to have multiple orgasms and I think now resents sex because she cannot get off. Even the "5" isn't enough because she knows what she is missing. Any ideas??
