Hi. I have some questions and they are concerning my weight. I'm now 45 years old and since my second birth I’ve been having problems with overweight.
I didn’t consider this so important and serious but just the other day I have discovered on some routine blood test that my body fats are increased big time.
So, my doctor told me that I should start with losing weight imidiately.
He suggested my some low fat meat diet but there is one problem- I'm vegetarian. I have heard of some Laminaria Extract diet and I was wondering is it suitable for vegetarians.

I have read some facts about this amazing plant and I will share with you what I have found out.
The sea plant known as Laminaria which is rich in the trace mineral Iodine, has amazing slimming properties.
Good thing about it also that Laminaria does not interfere with other medication what so ever.
These Pills are completely suitable for vegetarians because all the ingredients are vegetable and plant based, they contain no animal products. Also, these pills do not contain chemicals, caffeine, guar gum or any other harmful products
