Large anal insertions causing parial erectile disfunction?

I'm 32 and otherwise in great health/shape. I use objects in the 3 to 4 inch diameter range and I'm worried that I'm putting too much pressure and friction on the prostate gland. I'm worried that it might be leading to my parial erectile disfunction. I typically don't feel sweeling or pain in the prostate after a large anal insertion. I know the much more likely explanation is that because anal insertions produce a much higher level of sexual stimulation, I'm unable to get hard in normal circumstances. Mind you I'm talking about getting an erection while nothing is in there: I know the blood flow is pretty cut off when something is in there. Also, what I'm really asking here is whether large anal insertions can cause prostate damage.
