| I've been on Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo for 5 months and sometimes forget to take it when I'm suppose to. On the 6th, 7th, and 8th, I forgot to take my pills at the right time and was about 10 hours late, I've been spotting since yesterday, the 9th, and was wondering when it will stop? |

If you had sex, it might be implantation bleeding. If you haven't, it's withdrawal bleeding.
Edit: Hold on, sorry no, I mis-read =P I thought you said you forgot to take your pills altogether! No, if you take your pills 10 hours late each time, you should be fine, as the latest you can take it is 12 hours after you're meant to. When you break away from your regular pill-time (e.g. you usually take it at 3pm but took it at 1am instead for the next 3 days) then spotting is likely to occur |
