For about a Year now I have had a moderate ache in my left testical. It seems to be permnently dropped and does not contract when I have an orgasm. It has gotten so bad that it interferes with masterbaton, but i do not realise any pain during sexual intercourse. Is this something common or should I bring it up with my doctor?

I hope your problem has been solved. What exactly happens while you masturbate? You say you don't feel pain during but what about after? Does it affect your ejaculation? The amount? Any pain when cumming?
