Ok so for quite a while I've had a weird thing in My left testical, its not a lump but feels like veins or tubes or something and feels like its connected to the top of My testical but I don't have it in My right testical. And also, My left testical has always been lower than the right, but just the other I looked and it seems to have dropped even lower now. Has anyone else had this, what is it??
