Left testicle seems more sensitive and having dull pain

I am feeling that my left testicle is more sensitive and have dull pain on it. It gets hurt more when hit with same force compared to right testicle. Left testicle is little smaller than right one and right one hangs little low. I used to masturbate daily and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Sometime I used to stay aroused for long time before ejaculating. I have examined both the testicles and didnt find any lumps and also dont have hernia. I am really worried about this pain. Is it due to the increased frequency of masturbation which is causing this pain ?
