Hi while i was pregnant into about the second half right through my pregnancy i was getting a searing Leg Pain that started from around my lower back and going right down through to my knee my doctor said it might have just been a sciatic nerve being pinched. my son is now 6 months old and i have had this pain still after he was born i have been to specialists and have had an MRI scan done the specialist has told me because i had a c-section that my body thinks im still pregnant and that it has not release a muscle relaxent into my body the only thing that he was able to tell me to do was to walk and swim for half an hour everyday but i have been doing this for about 3 - 4 weeks and its starting to improve a little bit but im having to take panadol to relieve the pain and i dont want to be taking it all the time for health reasons is there anyone that can help me or know of some things i can do.
