Lexapro Effects

I just started with Leaxpro for my depression. After only a week I’ve noticed appetite changes and stomach problems. Is it possible that I have side effects from drug? Could lexapro affect body in such way? Please tell me what possible side effects from Lexapro are.

I think it is. My wife took it but from recently she switched to another anti depressant, she had trouble sleeping and headaches from Lexapro. I have here list of possible side effects.
