Lexapro verses Paxil

Personally, I had horrible side effects using Lexapro and Paxil, so I was switched to Wellbutrin and have been doing extremely well without any negative side effects at all. The effects of antidepressant drugs vary widely from person to person. What is more effective for you- Lexapro or Paxil?

I am on lexapro now and I have night sweats. I'd definitely try another medication. As for exhaustion don't think the sweating has much to do with it but you never know, but I know Paxil was no good for me because it caused extreme exhaustion but I didn't have night sweats or at least not that bad on that med. However, between the constant tiredness and weight gain Paxil was not the med for me, but Lexapro really works for me. Paxil and Trazodone are the only other 2 medications I have tried and I had awful results.
