Hi, I am a 41 years old woman, and I have libido problems. I’ve been married for 16 years, and it never happened before. My husband has crazy ideas that I’m cheating on him, but it’s ridiculous. What should I do about my libido problem?

Hi, I have the same problem. I am much younger than you, but I have libido problem. My boyfriend broke up with me after 5 years long relationship, and I tried to move on. However, when I’m with another man, I have lack of sex drive. I heard that almost one third of all women have libido problems, but it is not a comfort. A doctor told me that my problem can be solved by getting over my ex boyfriend, but it’s not that easy. He told me that there are much serious causes for libido problems, such as anemia, alcoholism, drugs, diabetes and hyperprolactinaemia. If you don’t have any of these disorders, you might have some psychical problems like depression, stress, anxiety or difficult living conditions.
