Light blood lines in white vaginal discharge

Hi. Well my last period was weird. It was light, then heavy, and then gone at times. My periods are always light then heavy. I went off my birth control patch this last sunday one week early and today 3 days later I went to the restroom and wiped, when I wiped I had clear discharge with line like blood streeks in it. I am now having cramps. Could I be pregant? Or is it from going off my patch?

It could be both....from implantation (if you had sex right away) and from stopping the contraceptives.
