Little White (pimple like) bumps on my husbands penis.. what should I do

Hi I am 16 and married. I have had a baby and I am expecting in about 8 months. My husband just came to me the other day because he noticed that he had little (pimple like) bumps on his penis. His skin on the underside of his penis was also very dry. We have sexual intercourse almost everyday so I am not sure if that is what it could be. When we got together he was a virgin but I had already been with 1 man. I have asked other people and they have all told me that they think that it is a sexually transmitted infection that can probally be cured with a round of anti biotics. Please tell me this true.

Wow 16 and married, you are just a baby with babies... I would go to the doctor and make sure that it isnt anything that could compromise both of your healths.

do not worry these can be Fordyce's spots,pearly penile papulus,etc..go to wikipedia.org and check this out it may help

Why couldn't my doc or dermatologist have given me the name of these Fordyce spots - all I knew was they were 'over active sebacious glands'. I have always been concerned about the appearance of them. Now at least I can refer to wikipedia for an explanation.
