Sounds like a case of what Dr. Drew Calls Pearly penile papules. It's normal. check it out on Wiki-Pedia or if you want something a bit more reputable, ask a doctor.

Man you put my mind at ease. I'm 15 years old and have had the so problem since I was 12, still a virgin and was too embarrassed to tell anyone. I have small white bumps along the rim of my "head" and they havn't changed since I was 12, however slightly bigger white bumps have been appearing on my foreskin. Hi, ive read so many peoples problems but i dont think i can find mine.
What i have is a small spot, quite hard and stubborn, its white. I hav'nt popped it as i know what it could cause. This spot is on my shaft itself, left side half way up.
Im not circumsised and my foreskin is fine most of the time, but when i get an erection the underside of the foreskin (not the actual penis hole), and little white smelly bits appearing here and the penis hole, but this never goes red. Most of the time i dont even notice it and there is no problems, but then others the underside of the foreskin is burning and really red and sore.
Everyone else seems to have spots on their foreskin but i dont, just smelly white bits, its horrible and really want to know what it is.
Im really cant go to a doctor for strict reasons of my own.
Please someone help who has has this problem.

well its ok but it not sexually transmitted i have them some guys get them other dont they dont harm u what i do i never try to pop them cuz that bad wash them good n the pimples should become smaller ok
this is normal for men to have these also if it not around the head of the penis and and are small go to see a doctor most likely its n infection or std |

i was reading up on the small white bumps and i too have them. im 18 and ive had them for about 4 months now. i was scared at 1st but then i told me gf and me and her both got tested and the doctor said everything was normal. no herpes, hiv, anything! i think the best thing for all of you guys to do is go to a place called planned parenthood somewhere in your area and get tested. your parents wont find out, and you'll notice that the place is filled with young people that are there for the same reasons!
and about penis length or width, i really dont think it matters too much. a wise man once told me, its not the size of the boat, its the motion of the ocean  .. but yeah i guess if it makes you feel better the average penis size is approximately 5 inches |

Today I was with my boyfriend, and we were fooling around. I gave him oral and about halfway through I noticed small white bumps on the head of his penis... I was a little worried because he had one "partner" before me. I've been looking at it online and that person who posed this site:

seemed to clear things up. It's probably just irrataion caused by all the touching boys do 
Well anyways, I'm not going to worry about it. If I notice it getting worse I'll tell him to go to the doctors but I'm not gonna be fooling around with him for a whileeeee.

k, im 15, and i noticed like last week this pimple on my sack, im like wtf. so i tried to pop it but it wouldnt pop, im kinda freakin out , but then again ive never done anyhting with my dick. so it's not an std, but i still dont know wtf it is. anyone know?
ps. hopfully that clarifies its not an std. |
