its called smegma, its natural excreasion that penis makes just shower after sex/masterbation and these and the smell go away.

| ..i too noticed pimples on my penis, right under head of it, i tried to scratch them off before but i see they're part of it now and won't go off. I'm not worried though, they don't look harmful. |

you don't need to worry about those.. they're small pimples right under the margin of the penis (at least that's where i have min) and they look like tou ca scratch them off but you can't.. they're hardly noticeable anyways.. |

| Oh guys, first of all dont worry what a girl will think because to tell you the truth we get pimples on the lips and front of our vagina before and after periods, well if they dont bother you who cares, i dont. and if they do see a doctor. |

its called pearly penile papules i have it to im 14 its nothing bad its a option to get it of but it donest do anyhitng to ur body |

Alright young men listen up! I just did a bunch of research and asked my doctor about these little bumps. most of you will have one of these or the other. One, is a few to several little bumps that are mostly or entirely skin-colored. When these are "popped" they let out a little mass similar to a white-head or pimple. These are common among most all mean. You'll notice that they even have condoms that produce the effect "studded" condoms they are called.
The other group, you have little liquid filled bumps these bumps are called sebaceous pockets and they too are harmless.
But young folks, Even if you have never had intercourse do not fool yourself into thinking that you are STD-free. That is the most common mistake that gets diseases spread. You may have inherited something from your parents who are too shy to tell you. You may have bumped your penis agaist the rim of a toilet boil while going to the public bathroom. If you have something you are not sure about, please go and arrange a doctors appointment so that he can explain everything to you and inform you wether or not you are positive for an STD and then possible treatments if you have an STD.

| you have Fordyce spots or Pearly penile papules most likely. cuz I have the same thing and thats what I have all over my dick. thought it was genital warts, luckily its not and its completely harmless except for the fact its hard to convince your sexual partner that you dont have genital warts. there is treatment for it though and they can go away if you get it. so read up on it boys and stop freaking out. I got it too along with MILLIONS of other men and women. |

| i have the same problem dont brake them and the will go AWAY in a while if youve been masterbating alot that could be your reason why but if you are to shy to tell somone just dont think of it they will go away somtime |
