Little white puss filled pimples on my penis and scrotum!

Ok, i am 20 years old now and this problem dates all the way back to my first sexual encounter when i was 15! I dated a girl who had somewhat of a "dirty" Repuatation. A few months after we parted ways i started noticing these little white puss/liquid filled pimples on my penis and scrotum. i was so mortified i did not know what to do, so i did what any kid would do and popped them. As the years went on this problem never went away, if anything it has just gotten worse. Now heres what i am confused about...I have read up a lot on herpes and i am positive for a lot of the symptoms (Ex. Liquid filled bumps, itching, burning, i also sometimes have abnormaly large bumps that last for about a month which i believe may be an "outbreak") But on the other hand, i dont have some of the other symptoms they list and i have also never heard of herpes affecting your scrotum! I am sooo confused and really need help on this. Could this be herpes? Could this lead to bigger problems? What the hell is this?

If your bumps are filled with white puss I am sure these are just sebaceous cysts that may appear anywhere there is hair, including scrotum. Herpes pimples look more like blisters, and are filled with some kinf od clear liquid, so I doubt you have herpes. Haven’t you ever get tested to see if it were something? I mean, it’s been 5 years since you experienced the problem first.

Sebaceous cysts are pimples and men experience them on their genitals when skin starts producing excessive oils, in puberty, exactly when they show up on face as well. The pattern you described, the spreading matches your description. They are called sebaceous prominence when it appears on penis and is considered to be a normal anatomical variant.

It is quite possible that they will go away on their own after some time but may as well stay there for good. They are not STD and you can’t pass them onto a girl, however you shouldn’t have popped them, that is for sure.
What is done is done, but don’t do it again as this could lead to bacterial infection and you may experience additional problems.

This is probably nothing to worry about but you can’t put your mind at easy, I would suggest you visited either an urologist or dermatologist to get proper diagnosis.

P.S. There is no treatment for sebaceous cysts on the genitals.

I had these on my penis at an early tage and still have them. I had them whilst i was with my first ever sexual partner and i know that she was a virgin before we got together. I worried as many of you seem to but there was no chance this was an infection that I picked up from her. I agree with the comment earlier about not squeezing them, it makes them worse. Dont be bothered by them either, noone of my partners since then have ever said anything about them, they either didn't notice or care. If a girl asks you about them tell them its "almost like having a naturally made ribbed one!" then she will think she is lucky!!!

I am 22 and have thought about it for awhile.. I think I know exactly what yall are talking about.. the first person to reply in this forum explained it the best. I've got like one on my ballsack and 2 on my cack.. it's basically just a pimple due to oil excess you naturally produce. They go away or after time I hear. If you are still unsure go to the doctor of course. Def don't pick at them or try to pop them, as with a pimple on your face it will only get worse and take longer to go away if you **** with it. Your fingernails are filled with bacteria and all that.. Don't count out also if you shave your balls or pluck random stray hairs on your penis it could always be an engrown hair. Of course if you have intercourse with a well known "slut", especially without a condom, well you are just an ***... You should go to the doctor if that applies to you. but seriously, what I am wondering about is getting oral sex from a girl, as that is seemingly all I am able to pull off... haha (which isn't so bad), I just would really like to know what all you could get from recieving head, discarding cuts and blood and all that..

Iv also got these spots had them for a while now and never bothered me before until earlier when one of these spots burst on its own. Theres a thick white smelly substance thats coming from it, it wont stop coming out should i be worried?

I'm been getting little pimple like objects that oozes out sumkind of puss type on the head of my penis and under my foreskin, I've been wondering wut this is. I've also looked up herpes and genital warts and I have no symptoms of these. What can it be?????
