If you have had liver damage from drinking and now leading a healthy life style and the liver has healed, would it be harmful to take coconut oil for the wounderful health benefits, or would it be hard for the liver to process?

You're right, coconut oil has some great health benefits, and I don't think it would hurt you any, but since you have liver damage, I'd start slow, with maybe a tablespoon a day, and increase the amount gradually.
