Hi, I am 16 years old, and my periods are very long. They sometimes last over 7 days, and I bleed a lot. Is it happening to some other girls too?

I am two years older than you, and I have the same condition. My menstrual periods are heavy and long, and it is causing me many problems. Every time when I get my period, I have to stay in bed for two days because of the pain and weakness. Sometimes, I feel like I’m going to faint, and I’m very pale. 7 days long periods are probably the reason for my anemia. For the first six hours of bleeding, I have to use six sanitary tampons. I also have lot of blood clots and sometimes they are very large. I mustn’t delay visiting a doctor any more, because I have to cure this condition as soon as possible.

I am 18 years old and I have been having an on and off period. It goes from 2 days then stops and then keeps going. Can anyone help??

Hi, i am on my first peiod and it has already lasted 12 days im really scared wat could be wrong with me? Its also really heavy and bright red wats happening!!!???   |
