Hi, I have had higher blood pressure for a while. First therapy consisted of losing extra weight and decreased salt intake. But that helped only for a little bit. Doctor recommended me to use beta blockers and I will have to use those, no matter what. Still, I am worried because of the possible side effects after the long term use.
With long term use of beta blockers, decrease of increased glucose level will happen, you have to be patient and listen to your doctors. But also, you should be aware of the possibility of side effects occurring. They are numerous but if you think that you cannot endure them, then you should talk to your doctor and maybe change a therapy.
