I started taking birth control in January. Before I started taking them, my periods were painful and lasted around 7-8 days, and my cycle was very long (usually a 35-40 day cycle) Now, my periods always come before I start the placebo (My last period came on a Tuesday, almost a full week before I started the placebo on Sunday). They also last longer, sometimes as long as 10 days, are still very heavy for much longer and I still get pretty bad cramps. Any ideas as to what is going on??
