Hello Everyone.
Anthony here I'm 19 years old from Florida, I've struggled with weight problems my whole life I've been obese since i was a baby till now, when i was from the age of a baby till around 13 years old i been big not over 200 pounds or anything but big for my age while all the other kids were little, well i left my moms house moved to my grandmas and dads house when i was 10-11 yrs old and then i started gaining massive weight. My familys 100% italian so that food u no its impossible not to eat its so good lol, but at the moment at 19 yrs old i stand 6'5 375-400 lbs i still get the ladies im good looking but im just not happy with my weight and no matter how much or how little i eat i just dont get full i can eat 20 chicken wings and after i finish the only thing on my mind is damn i wish there was more then another side to me saying i dont need it but i want it, hard to explain but im sure you no what i mean. in order for me to get full i have to eat abnormal amounts of food. and another problem is im 19 and i dont work or have a car so i got nothing to do to keep active, i live with my dad just us, he buys nothing but junk food even if i ask him not to for the last 3-4 years everyday he brings home oreos donuts cake pie u name it, i really think and pray all the time asking for guidance and the stength and motivation to do things and get in shape and lose weight so i can be more healthy and more confident about my body, i would love to walk and do things i can do that with no problem but the neighborhood i live in is really bad so if i walk around sooner or later im gonna get like jumped or something, if you have any suggestions or help or tips anything please respond i would appreciate it, thanks alot |
