I have searched many sites trying to determine the diagnosis for my symptoms and hope you can help. I have intermittent pain at the head of my penis and sweating of my testicles. Both these symptoms occur normally after long periods of sitting. When up and about walking etc... there is intermttent pain, but my symptoms are limited to this. What are my concerns, diagnosis?
