Loseing to much weight on adderall xr 20mg but is helping cope with add symtoms

Hi, I am 41 years old and am struggling to manage kids, house, school, and sleep. I do not sleep that well at night and never have, even before the adderallxr. I want to gain weight but the adderall xr is preventing me from doing so. I am happy with the abbility to multi-task but want to be 118 again instead of 103. Any suggestions????
