Over the years my breasts have gotten very large and my nipples were very sensitive now i'm finding that i'm starting to lose sensation in them what is this from?
You haven’t had any breast augmentations or pierced nipples, have you? These are the only two things I know that could have an impact on the nipple stimulation due to some nerve damage.
I have had my nipple pierced for about a year now and haven’t had any sensation changes or problems.
The only thing I can think of for your sensitivity loss is your self awareness of your grown bobbies. I had a similar problem when I was younger due to my big breasts. I never linked that my breasts were touched and felt no pleasure from nipple stimulation until I grew up and accepted my breasts as they are. Only then have I started expressing desire for nipple stimulation when I learned to like my breasts.

i found this same "self love" to be a real help. I am overweight by society's standards so I was always reluctant to take off my shirt or enjoy someone playing with my nipples, but after I was with someone for many years I bacame more loving of my own body and come to find out, my nipples were sensitive... i just had to accept my breasts first. Enjoy your own body and allow others to enjoy it too.
