| I am 49 years old and it looks like I am slowly entering my menopause. I am so frightened of this period, I have heard of women Losing friends due to meno! I do not want that to happen to me, but I am not sure I will be able to do much, if the symptoms are too strong. What would you suggest me to do? |

| I think that you should stop worrying so much. At least for the moment. I mean, menopause has so many different symptoms and it might happen that you pass this period without any serious issues. If something does go wrong, it would be wise for you to visit a doctor and try some medications, perhaps even hormonal therapy. |
