Loss of appetite and diarrhea, starting to cause me lots of anxiety

I haven't been "right" for a while now.

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that my appetite has decreased quite a bit. (but also please keep in mind im also not a very active person) Also I have become quite a picky eater. Even the thought of eating certain foods (usually greasy, but not always the case) makes me naseous.

In addition Ive been having diarrhea, it ranges quite a bit. I also dont have much energy.
Sometimes I have lower abdominal pain thats usually fairly mild.

About two months ago I was at the hospital because of this in addition to a few other symptoms. They said it was probably due to extreme anxiety, poor diet, and poor lifestyle.

I really dont know whats wrong with me, and I stress about it alot... to the point of where I think I make it worse. My boyfriend thinks its all in my head and that I should see a shrink.

Please give me any advice.

At the moment i'm going through a pregnancy scare,
I've developed a lot of the symptoms,
and taking four pregnancy tests still wont convince me.
My period is due in a week so the thought that i could have
false negatives really isn't comforting.
I went for a blood test and all the clinics were closed.
The thought of having a baby has given me a lot of anxiety problems.
I haven't been able to eat at all,
my stomach is in pain, i can't even drink much either.
I throw up every morning and feel naseous for the rest of the day.
I'm tired and weak.
Those are all pregnancy symptoms,
they are also all anxiety symptoms.
Not being able to differentiate the two makes my anxiety worse.

My advice to you is to just RELAX.
I know it's hard to do, but it could solve everything.

I live with my boyfriend, it's actually his parents house. Im not happy at all but i will be happy when we move out, even though it feels like it will never happen. I went to my doctor the other day for a pap test and all that, and my results were all negative. But a few days after going i started getting nauseous throwing up, diaria, i can smell certain things sooooo strong, and i lost my appitite. I got my period very light compared to my normal and i didnt have it for that long. My cousin had a baby a year ago and she had her period for two months while she was pregnant, and she took three home tests and they all came out negative, until her doctor gave her the news. This is freaking me out. I took two tests two different days and they both came out negative. So i dont know what to do until i spend some more damn money at the doctor.
