| I have completely lost confidence since menopause problems started. Not only that I have anxiety and fears and panic attacks and loss of concentration, as if this all is not enough, I start crying all of a sudden, with no reason. This is not that important when I am home, but at work, it is really annoying. I cannot do my job well and I am starting to feel afraid for my carrier. I am already taking antidepressants. I cannot imagine how I would behave without them. Is there any other way to deal with this? |

| Well, perhaps there is, but I sure was not informed about that when I was going through what you are experiencing now. The only thing that really helped me was tolerance of my family members, husband in first place. Even though I made their lives very difficult sometimes, they understood me and did not make any fuss about it. Unfortunately, I have heard that many women are not so lucky, and that menopause sometimes ended marriages. |
