I have problem with motivation. I have been going to the gym for the last two years, but honestly it has started to be very boring. It is the same activity day after a day. I am feeling like a machine. How to be motivated again? Do you have any advice for me?

People think that it is hard to go to the gym because of weight that you should lift there. They don't realize that the main struggle is with your own mind. You must have very firm will to fight that battle. You should try to go with some friend to make it more interesting. Try to imagine how you muscles work and what effects it will have when you develop it.
