|

hey JadePanda, you described word for word how I feel all the time!! I always worry about my tummy growling...always. It started in 8th grade or maybe even before then during a test and my stomach started to growl so loud...things got worse in high school when we were in a huge discussion circle and I got nervous about doing a presentation and it was such a loud growl and everyone heard and laughed. And just like you I'm always hoping that the class will be working in partners that day so it'll be louder in class. And I have to gone to my teachers and asked if I could take tests in the teacher's lounge room, that helped for a while.
The worst classes are math and english since they're always so quite! And my stomach only starts growling when I start thinking about it, then it builds up and it gets worse and worse. I try to make ruffling noises with my jacket and cough to help, but it hardly does. I started taking rolaids and those helped quite a bit for a year now or so. Milk always makes my stomach growl even more, but more than anything I just need to train myself not to think about it. I'm a senior this year and I'm going to college next year and to help soothe my anxiety for this problem, I'm going to take a few online courses at home.

Everyone, Please try this: Ask your doctor to give you a generic de-worming medicine. It is usually a single dose. I tried it and my stomach growling almost dissapeared! Along with de-worming medicine I also had a common stomach antibiotic(metronidazole) which takes care of amoeba / protozo infection. Getting stomach worms and other stomach organism is common and any one can get from simple stuff like eating salads/fruits or biting finger nails, etc. So giving it a short wont harm you.
If you try this and it works for you, then please don't forget to write your reponse here as it might help thousands of people who are suffering from this problem. And don't forget to thank me.
Good luck All! |

| My husband is getting these often and I think it's from the fake sugar he's been using in his coffee and diet sodas. |

| i can so totally relate to this too! its extremely embarrassing! and there was this once my class was all gathered around our lecturer cos he wanted to show us something on the computer.. and then my stomach just went off and he said 'wow someone's very hungry now' and everyone laughed omg i swear i almost died there. my friend has also told me that she hears it all the time - i have them like everyday for many hours at a go and im really upset about it because i dont know what i can do about it. i going to have this big test next week for a few hours and im very worried about my stomach making these stupid noises again.. i really hate having to live with this ): |

| this problem is affecting me too. Im going back to college in 5 weeks. I dont have problems with anxiety or nervousness until im in a quiet room full of people. my stomach has been causing me so much anguish. I'm going to a homeopathic doctor to see what advice I can get about it. I dont want to wash out of college for such a stupid reason but it is stressful and embarrassing. |
