I was prescribed on low cholesteroldiet because of my condition. I don’t know what to eat, how to cook… I am totally lost! Please is anybody there on Low Cholesterol Diet too? I need some advice about it.
Yes, I know that is hard to follow. Listen, when you shop such foods be sure to look at the labels. I eat plenty fruits and vegetables, I use low fat or skim milk instead regular. I cook lean meats, like turkey or chicken instead red meat. Try to limit chesses in your recipes, cook with olive oils or canola oils. You’ll get used on it don’t worry.
