I am 12 weeks pregnant and just got my blood results back and they told me my blood platelets are low at 105,000 I recently had a boil on my leg and was feeling very dizzy around that time, what could be wrong? im worrying because the doc said its normal for your platelets to drop very slowly while pregant, what if it drops even more and why would they be low in the first place? Please help
