Lower Abdominal Pain after 4 day early period

Hi there.

I started my period 4 days early this month and was very light for first day and then became extremely heavy and lasted 5 days. Now i have lower abdominal aches, sometimes very dull and other times more painful. Any ideas what it could be? i had lower abdominal pains for a while and the doc gave me two sets of antibiotics that helped, they were for infections in my uteris etc... i have a scanned booked in for 2 weeks time as he said that is best just to check internally aswell.... but the pain went after the antibiotics but now after my early period, they are back and not sure if its the same thing.... i have been also getting headahes and feel slightly nausious?
