Hi
I've been having lower abdominal pains on the right side for 9 hours followed with lower back pain on the right side as well. I don't have a fever or feel nausus so I know it's not my apendix. I've had bladder infections before and I don't think it's that. I was wondering if I might have a kidney infection and if so can I treat that on my own with out having to go to the doctor?

Happy Holidays
