This may or may not be related to the post I made in the testicular area, but I know im having issues there also.
Recently, ive been having these strange pains. I do little workouts everynight, to keep active through the night, and during crunches and pushups, im fine, but as soon as I try jumping jacks, in the lower left of my stomach I get this sharp pain. It feels just like when you run after you had just eaten, and get that weird pain, though a bit worse. Its enough I have to stop doing it, and this also happens when I run. I dont think it has anything to do with my diet, but tell me what you guys think |
