Hello,
I need advice. I really tried everything, but I guess my body structure is like that. I have too much fat in my lower stomach, I also tried fitness and I also bought some of the result full devices that are supposed to help me tighten my stomach… nothing helped. Any advices??

Hey there,
I do not want to be rude, but it is not just about buying those things, it is about working on them and you have to be really determinate to be successful. Everybody can achieve success!!! Even you can, though your body is, as you said, specifically structured. I could advise you abdominoplasty, but I think everybody can succeed natural way and by my opinion no surgery is needed. I shall advise you sit up (gradually make 3 times daily 100 sit ups and your stomach shall look like …uuu…that’s a tighty stomach Smile … but make sit ups gradually, for example start with 20 or 30 sit ups daily and then constantly upgrade it).
Wish you all the best!!!
