Lower abdominal pains and more

Hi,
I had what I thought was inplantation bleeding then I finaly got my period, but it was late now Iam getting all the classic signs of pregnancy even my family has noticed. Plus is lower abdominal pains a sign? I also had a faint positive line on my pregnancy test right before i bled so I dont Know what to do please help!!!

the faint positive line would mean you probably did conceive. taken with the late period and symptoms, i would say you are pregnant,

although light bleeding is common during early pregnancy, heavier flooding bleeding indicates a threatened miscarriage. I dont know how heavy this period you had was. but i would arrange an appointment with a doctor. they know a lot more than a bunch of people on an internet forum!
