Lower back pain associated with lower distented stomach

My lower abdomal and lower back hurt. I do suffer from bladder infections and I have IBS occasionally. Now I am feeling a tingling sensation in my feet and joints. My fingers joints also ache.

Can you tell me what specialist I need to see

I have the same symptoms. This has happened to me 3 times in six months and lasts for a week. I cannot even indulge in sex during these days.

Additional feelings include burning in the digestive track, irregular bowel, bloating and gas, general weakness.

One doctor has suggested that it could be intestinal amoebiosys and he gave me some strong antibiotics that cured me for sometime. 2 months later I had the same attack.

I have been experiencing terrible lower back and stomach pain. This is especially bad in the morning when i wake up. I attended hospital yesterday as I have been having very lose bowel movements for the past week and a sore stomach for 10 days. I was given immodium however have woken up this morning with the same pains. Has anyone any advice please?
