I recently (last 3 days) have developed quite uncomfortable pain in the lower back, abdominal region and testicles,all on the right side.i'm
belching quite strongly and have also broken out in hives.the belching brings some relief and the pain/pressure subsides until i eat again.i have also experienced pain while urinating.
any ideas?

Its probably just a urinary infection. Go see your doctor and get some antibiotics.
