I am a 31 year old male and have had constant lower abdominal pain for the last 5 months. It has not gone away but is sometimes less intense then other times. It is a upset/uncomfortable empty stomach feeling. It is not a sharp or crampy. I have had a endoscope, CT Scan and ultrasound plus general blood work and everything has come up prefectly normal. The only times of the day that the pain is not there is when I am sleeping or if I have a few drinks. I feel that I am bit more tired and I seem to be getting a lttle more frequent cold sores in my mouth. I am worried because I am in constant pain everyday and no one seems to know whats wrong. Any advice or help.
